Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $149 (contiguous U.S. only).
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
We work hard to meet the estimated delivery windows, but occasional delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 30 days of the ship date.
We will coordinate directly with the carrier, and at our discretion, either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund.
We cover all additional costs caused by errors on our end. If the issue is due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, any re-shipment fees will be your responsibility.
